Do you use the popular DEUTSCH HD30 Connectors in your vehicle build or race car? Or, are you adding Deutsch HDP20 connectors and want to mount them professionally?
This is a CNC laser-cut bulkhead plate that is made to perfectly fit all Deutsch Size 24 HD30 and HDP20 flange-mount connector housings (receptacles). They are made from hefty, 12 gauge 5052 aluminum which can be gently bent to fit around minor curves in firewalls, and have a show-ready mill finish "shiny" or "polished" look. They can also be painted or powder coated to match your car.
Includes 4x stainless bolts and lock nuts for easy install.

You will also need to provide your own nut and optionally a lock washer, which are sold by TE/Deutsch as well:
Metal nut part number 112263-90, optional lock washer 2414-001-2486 for use with HD30 size 24
Plastic nut part number 2411-001-2405, optional lock washer 2414-001-2486 for use with HDP20 size 24
Stainless mounting bolts for all 4 corners are included, but you can use your own mounting bolts or rivets if you'd like a more custom look.
Please note, this product page is for a laser-cut aluminum bulkhead mounting plate (and the mounting bolts to affix the plate) ONLY, and NO CONNECTORS/HOUSINGS ARE INCLUDED. This is because we try to stock only American-made parts and supplies, and unfortunately these connectors are still made in China, so you'll need to purchase them from TE or a supplier like Mouser or Digikey. Connectors are not included and are shown in the photos for fitment purposes only!
