Do you have "truck coils" or "heatsink coils" on your LS engine or swap, but want to use a nice looking Holley-brand valve cover?
Or maybe you already have a Holley valve cover, but you want to upgrade to the D585 side-mount ignition coils? Don't want to use a clunky adapter bracket for your ignition coils to your valve cover on your LS swap?
This set of eight laser-cut, CNC bent, and powder coated brackets is exactly what you need to adapt side-mount coils like the Delphi GN10119 or AC Delco D585 to most Holley-brand aluminum valve covers, as well as any valve covers that are made for LS1/LS3/LS6 style "top-and-bottom" mount ignition coils.
This is a show-car grade set that is professionally made here in North Carolina, USA and I use them on my personal 6.0 swapped 1983 Trans-Am. I wanted a good looking valve cover but was disappointed that I'd have to get new coils - especially because the "heatsync coils" that came on my donor motor are considered to be the most powerful OEM coils!
Your order includes eight brackets, one for each cylinder, plus 16x M5 button cap bolts and 16x M5 lock nuts. The included nuts and bolts are black, and the bracket is powder coated in a black that matches the OEM coil mounts - so you end up with a totally stock look!
Please note: you'll use the hardware that came with your valve covers to mount the bracket itself (this hardware seems to vary wildly). The D585 coils themselves are NOT included, obviously.

and should work with all other similar valve covers that expect "LS1" style coils mounted with bolts on the top and bottom of the coil. The brackets have a slot in one side so that they fit both the wide and narrower fitments used in different years of LS motors.
Please note: If you are using a "concealed" or "retro style" valve cover that requires that the coils be covered up, you may find that the brackets don't fit as most of those valve covers have very little space under the cover for the coils. This bracket set is intended for valve covers where the coils are visible, which is why we worked hard to make them look good.
The fitment is different than competing products like ICT Billet 551531, as this is a complete bracket kit that re-uses every mounting hole on the valve cover and adapts your "truck coils" to bolt on like "LS1" coils would.
